When asked how Vibha has impacted her life, Ranjeeta gave us a beautiful answer: “You feel as if you are meeting a certain purpose in life and it really allows you to think beyond the day-to-day and do more for the society and there is no better way to support something than like this.” She says that at the end of the day, we personally get more out of it and is overall a larger learning experience for us as volunteers.
Vinu Srivatsan is the Director of Fundraising Programs for Vibha. Vinu comes from a family of freedom fighters and educators who have worked hard to promote education in rural areas of India. She continues their legacy. Raising two kids in the Bay Area, she works hard to do her best for Vibha and the young kids out there who need her help.
There is always a way to do what you want to do, and when you can. It doesn’t necessarily have to be all or nothing!
Jaimin Modi has been with Vibha since 2008. He served as the Atlanta Action Centre Coordinator for over 4 years, playing a very critical role in scaling up the center’s event executions and growth. After which he took up the very dynamic role of Director - Marketing with Vibha’s National Executive Team. He later moved to Dallas, Texas, and is now wearing the Action Center Coordinator shoes once again. He hopes to repeat or better his success at Atlanta in Dallas by introducing unique fundraisers which have already become very popular within the community there.
